British International Trading P/L was appointed by Nippon Shaft Company Ltd in 2000 to represent their golf shafts products throughout the Asia / Pacific region and this rapidly expended to the territory outlined on our home page as at today.

British International had been involved in the golf industry for of 20 years at that time supplying golf shafts and golf grips to all sectors of the industry, from the Australian and NZ divisions of the major multinationals to the local boutique club brands and assemblers, to the custom fit and repair markets and green grass businesses. From then until now, British International endeavors to bring those many years of experience to the service and understanding that we can provide for customers and their shaft needs.

Nippon Shaft Company brings many more years of experience and technology to what has arguably become the one of the better performing range of golf shafts available, and this is evidenced in the rapid growth in demand for the flagship NS Pro range of shafts right around the world.

Nippon Shaft has been making golf shafts since 1959 having been born out of the NHK group of companies and their engineering excellence in the automotive industry with metals and heat treatment processes. (Today NHK Springs remain one of the foremost suppliers to the world automotive industry with an extensive range of precision spring and metal products)
